Our driver will call the phone number left on the order, if there is no answer, they will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.

It is recommended that you keep an eye on the moisture levels of your flowers and as needed, or approximately every 2 days, pour half a glass or so of water into the center of the arrangement. Simply peek through to ensure the water is falling onto the stems and to avoid any edges that may soak the housing your arrangement.
